it compiles and gives result

  • genonce OK
  • $evaluate-measure "OK"

I guess there are bug in CQF ruler ( @brynrhodes ):

  • mesureReport total is 2x the sum of stratifier,
  • [Immunization] seems to have an implicit filter on "Measurement Period"

  • I have no idea why I have fsh for libs (I did not created them) but genonce seems to refresh them

@divyaramnath-13 have issue to run it on android, it complains about fhircommon version but without my change cql ruler complains about fhircommon version .....
